[Solved] Activtating Portal

Hey guys.

So I wanted to ask, is it possible (I'm quite sure it is?) to use a trigger to activate a portal (you know, the portals with the inbuilt teleport ability). I want it to be inactive as long as a certain action does happen, and then turn it on with a trigger.

Excuse me if this is a totally stupid question, but I couldn't find a solution yet.
