Hawkwing: There's a lack of both proper shading and details. Also, the colour you've chosen for the cloth covering his mouth should definitely not be blue.

Well it looks nice although I think the acolyte is the wrong unit for such a skin.
I would use a claw druid or something like that because Santa is "corpulent" and has a beard?

But besides that I like it.

its an okay skin but most of its just a messy recolor. I would make the face a more skinlike color instead of yellow which looks odd and try to do some freenhand work (although i dont know where)

His face looks like he has some sort of desease. Skin turns yellow, begins flaking and rotting (not pleasant to see) Dunno name though :/ just make him very pale :/

Work in tga format and for fixin' i suggest this:
Take skin of any unit that has alpha\eraze skin\CnP whole acolyte to erazed skin\save as tga acolyte.

Now that's useful CnP

I removed it Finaly and i added some team colour around his mouth!!

I really worked on this is it approvable now ??And i make challenge vs Vadim 647 we make skins of Shadow hunter one is my one is his so we will see what is better i only do freehand but he do Hue and saturation...Go and see my Unfinished Shadow Hunter.

Yellow: Add more shadows and highlights, as well as folds Green: Make that parts like wool and do detailing.

as i said, the white parts need reworking and propper shading 'n' highlights
same for the rest, which you forgot to make so far i guess X3
