AceHeart's Save/Load System?

Well i've been searching around for a save/load system and i've seen people mention Aceheart's save/load system and that it's rather decent, however I'm unsure of where to get it, if someone could tell me where or provide a link i'd be appreciative, thanks and + rep for assistance.
