Account Banned.

This is lame, My account has been permanently banned due to inactivity.
This isnt true! I was playing the game no more than 3 months ago. Plus, why would they ban your account or inactivity? I send a mail to Blizzard support to see if I can get it renewed, but If I can till be pissed because I have Burning Crusade on it, and I sure as hell am not going to waste another $40 on the game and expansion, along with the $15 a month...

Has this happened to anyone else here? :sad:

Only way is to make clear to Blizz what have happened, a friend of mine got banned because they said he had bought gold, which he had not! He did never said anything to them too, he would rather make a new account of which i dont understand.

And Wow currently got around 11 million players, that will make it to around 165000000 dollar they earn A MONTH!!

Well you can't find easy ORIGINAL game.You can only find copies for 2$.But on internet shopping games are about 15-20$.

its actually $15 USD, which is $22.3 AUD
Here it is $80-100 AUD and thats just for brand new games that you can easily resell them for half or less the price, with wow you cannot (legally). Wow is like, what....3-4 years old so it would be around 30-50 dollars now days if sold with no fees.
Both of my parents have spent 600 dollars on wow and its been about a year, im sure thats alot better than what, $30-50 (original) and $20-30 (expansion) x2, around $100-$160 if they didnt require a monthly fee. Guildwars is the perfect example in such things.

So, yeah, my opinion differs on what I want to save in my pocket.

Probably the only good thing about this country's fucked economy is the fact that you can find a $2 game on every corner. My friend actually bought an original once, and we all laughed at him for a month.

Well I bought a new game, just the normal WoW, nothing expensive, I just said fuck it and got it.
The triple experience is worth it.

Plus, in reply to why I play this game: my brother plays it and I enjoy playing with him, he also has friends who play with us so we get to group together and just have fun, it just pisses me off that blizzard canceled my account when I was paying money to play it. I'm really getting bored of the new games that are coming out currently.

While Elisabeth Swanwing, William TeeDeeAr and Pyritie Jones are using PS CS3, CS4 and 3DSMAX, Captain BarSupa- is using Zbrush! (any names that may reasemble to someone else's nickname around here, are chosen completely randomly and are totaly unforseen.)

For the love of my fucking God, Iehova... Do you really think pirating is such a big deal around here? Yes, it's illigal but we don't make any profit out of it at all! We just use it to help other people by forfilling their requests. That's not bad, now is it? Pirating movies, music etc ... whell I don't like that, that's just lame.

I'm not sure about the WOTLK expasion but I'm sure that you can download the first 2 parts for free from the official site and it's all legal. 15 USD a month ... If you don't like it, play some shitty privateserver.

There are actually really good private servers out there, you just gotta find them. And as for the game itself, hello, anyone here heard of torrenting? lawl, i mean, common, i bought the game back when it was patch 1.11.0, but i never bothered paying for tbc or wotlk, know why? Because its a waste of money! Its called the internet, you download the game, hook up to private server, and keep the money that belongs to you in your pocket. Blizzard makes ENOUGH money as is, and they are just pushing it, oh, and the great thing to this all is that those 11 million get divided into something like this:

5 Million = Hardcore Addicts, play everyday, for hours
5 Million = Play rarely, but they still pay the money ofc
1 Million = Play, then stop, then start again like idiots, and so on.

Private servers are buggy and unreliable, and can be shut down at any time after the host being threatened by lawsuit. When you pay on an official server, your account is protected, since...well...thats a service the fee covers.

Back on topic, I find it hard to believe they'd ban an account for inactivity. They'd always keep it available just in case you decided to come back. Sounds like something else went wrong. maybe it was hacked and they did something to get you banned (i.e. spamming trade with wow gold advertisements?) Stuff like that happens all the time. I suggest contacting Blizz customer support over this one.
