about maps from 1.23 to 1.24

Can someone explain me what happens with old maps now that 1.24 is out? I don't know if I understood correctly but handle functions like H2I and similar were removed?
What do we need to do to make older maps work with new version?

You cannot play any 1.23 map unless you re-save it with the 1.24 world editor.
Also trigger that the map contains, that belongs to WEU advanced trigge, won't be able to work in new patch

You mean only the advance GUI triggers right? I have never used those, so I just open map with WE and save it? What about New Gen WE? Does it work if I compile with it or it has new version for this?

The JNGP WE works you just need to disable Reinvent the Craft to use it now, the things you need to know about the patch is that it's a JASS fix but since you don't use JASS you don't need to worry, the Interger Cache fix, if you didn't use that your fine again, and finally the positive negatives fix, if you didn't use that again your fine.

I actually use a lot of jass but I'm kinda new so I am in the new time where structs do the job instead of handle functions so I don't know much. But I have 2 or 3 imported spells which use the return bug so I got confused about what to do. So I just open my map with New Gen WE turn this feature off and save and Im ok?

If your using the Return bug then that's a problem. But yes disable that and when you save or test it should work fine.

I know maps that still work without resaving.
