If you want to permanently remove the casted ability, I suggest you use this action below:
  • Remove Previous Casted Ability
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Custom script: call UnitRemoveAbility(GetTriggerUnit(), GetSpellAbilityId())
But if you want it to be temporarily, you'll do like Dragon said:
  • Remove Previous Casted Ability
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    • Conditions
    • Actions
      • Player - Disable (Ability being cast) for (Triggering player)
Both works well, it's a matter of efficiency
