ADVICE: Don't double post.

Skill 1 - Red Devil - Summons a pure bolt of red energy that will bounce from one enemy hero to another. Each jump eats away X% the enemy hero's mana and silences then for a set amount of time. After XX jumps, the devil will explode and will deal damage to the last hero based on the amount of mana it has absorbed. The devil can jump to a hero a maximum of X times. When Power Hunger is activated, the devil's jumps is increased.

Cooldown : Moderate
Mana Cost : Moderate

Skill 2 - Flash Bolt - Launches a ball of red energy towards a target enemy unit dealing XX damage and purging them for X seconds. If a unit dies with this skill, the caster will gain a lightning charge. Deals more damage if Power Hunger is activated.

Cooldown : Short
Manacost : Moderate

Skill 2 - Flash Bolt Subskill - Counts the charges collected by the hero. Maximum of XX charges can be collected. Whenever the hero dies, charge count is reset to zero.

Recommended Charge Max : 4-15

Skill 3 - Power Hunger - Becomes enraged in power hunger, enhancing the effect of the hero's skill whenever cast within the duration of this skill. Each Flash Bolt charge increases the duration by 1 second.

Ultimate - Red Vortex - Creates a vortex around the hero, pulling enemy units closer and damaging them every second. If a unit dies by this skill, it will explode dealing XX damage in an AoE of XX. Also releases sparks that will deal a minor of damage. Last longer and deals more DPS with Power Hunger. Number of sparks equal to Flash Bolt charges. Does not deplete charges.

Blood and Thunder: Strikes a unit with lightning, instantly draining 100/200/300 health and stunning for 1 second.

Living Lightning: Creates a ball of red lightning that casts a weak Forked Lightning on nearby enemies before Detonating. Summons 1/2/3.

Supercharge: When active, gives all friendly units in range a boost to attack and move speed, draining a small amount of HP/second. Drains mana while active.

Plasma (Ultimate): Channels to create a massive floating orb of plasma. If killed by an offensive spell, the orb will cause it to explode, dealing catastrophic damage and knockback to all units around it. All units close to the orb are constantly Purged while it lives. If the orb is not killed before it times out, it detonates, stunning all units around it.
