Are those your own textures? Very neat indeed. Try mixing in some fog blends where the light is, could really make the imagery come alive. Figuratively speaking of course, we wouldn't want the city to literary come alive, would we?

Mostly well done, but i would change the camera angle little bit more to ground, would look better. Atm it kinda look like Game Camera.
