Been busy lately

Anyways heres my entry...

Smolder
Smolder is from the far west, a desolate place with desolate conditions. Firestorms battered the terrain, a barren desert almost void of life. How he got here, nobody knows.

Ingame
In the first part of the battle with Smolder, he has no weapons. Quite odd... He just walks slowy around, stomping his feet quite hard. Get near him when he does this and you'll be thrown back, stunned. He may try to tackle you, which does very little damage.

Once he hits about half health, he... Whoa... What's he doing with his hands?! A fire?! What?!

His health goes back up to full, he now has two swords forged of pure fire, and he's ready to fight.

In this second part, he is almost impossible to kill. He swings his sword whenever you get near. The only problem is that they weigh so much, that the inertia of his swing throws him off balance and onto the ground. Strike now!

If you get hit by his sword, you lose quite a bit of life. So just don't.

Here is my entry for the contest (I haven't modified it for a while...):

Context:

Although this demonic entity wears a melee-weapon, it is in fact a dark magician, specialised at destructive magic.
He will try to take you down by conjuring blackened flames, which are slow, but lethal.
When he has been hit a few times, he summons a dark fire-wave from behind you, luring you to him.
If you get too close, he will swing his hazardous Scythe, dealing incredible damage.

When he dies, he will vaporize into the air, creating a ghostly aura around the weapon that dealt the killing blow.
The aura, if used correctly, will be a great threat to anyone who dares to oppose the wielder of the weapon.

Notes:

• This might not look really original, but - truth be told - I've never seen a Grimm Reaper-like creature, fully equiped with armor.
• I have made this without Copy/Pasting anything, it is completely freehand.
• I did not get any help creating this image.
