a way to convert languages?

Hi i am currently trying to convert a map which i think is in korean into english. the map was originaly unprotected i would just like to have words if at all possible it is.. if there is any program that can help me do so id appreciate it. i was going to do it all by myself but noticed i couldnt when the triggers are impossible to find the skills to find and calculate damage for tool tips.

SO IF THERE IS ANYTHING OR ANYONE THAT CAN HELP!! PLEASE!!!

Use a online translator to translate the text and fix the grammar errors yourself. Google has a great translator, but I don;t know if it supports English

the thing my computer doesnt read the symbols is there a way i can make it so it can so i can copy them and then paste them into googles translator??

Install language packs. Providing you have Windows, of course.
