MDX Converter

I'm looking for a tool to convert a mdx to a t3d, dxf or asc file. This will more then likely, be impossible, because so much would be loss, its for a whole different engine, (First Unreal released), but there is one model I would LOVE to use in a map we are working on and I was just hoping.

If anyone knows of something, even if you have to pay for it, I'll use it. Much thanks appreciated.
