MDL to OBJ converter?

I was wandering if there is a converter that does mdl to obj and vice versa????

I would really appreciate it if someone managed to help me with this as I am working on a blender involved project and I need to be able to convert the models.

I need this too . I want to export .mdx into .mesh (for ogre) . So maybe I can do this mdx->mdl->obj->mesh , but the mdl from mdx is different from mdl which valve use .

I hope so. But, what we have here is just This tool. Hope that someday someone will create that tool you needed.

sadly no one made the reverse of the above tool yet... or at least I haven't seen one yet as I was also searching for this for a while now...
