A spell that stuns X amount of enemies

Hi!! I need a spell that's in AoE and stun up to 4 enemies ... The description would be "Spell Dragon throws a beam of light and stuns up to 4 nearby enemies air for 4 seconds in a 400 AoE, causing 80 damage to each unit stunned" When you help me thank you very much!!!
