A question about uploading

Hello,
I would like to know if I can upload the model I "made"


Facts:
It's was originally blizzard Warcraft III model, however it looks very different than the originnal.
I have moved some parts.
I added something to model.
I completelly remapped all textures (using other blizzard textures).
Animations stayed unchanged and they work.
It looks good for me and should be useful, i hope.

The question:
Can I upload it as MY WORK ?
I'm not sure because it's only editation of blizzard model.

Model edits are allowed, yes, as long as the edits are significant. We don't want footmen with changed heads, for example.

that's a good question, should we be giving blizzard recognition? or is $19.99 enough

Thats connected with importing models from World of Warcraft...
I understand that it is not fair to import models from WoW to a game made by another company than Blizzard, but it should be possible to import models to other Blizzard games. However it's illegal, if am I informed well...

It's just stupid...
