Do you want to finish it? Well, it looks fat. But thats k, Also the leg are to near to the body. You can try make it farther by lowering the feet, or giving shadow

What kind of lizard is this? The bulky head and plump body makes it look... unique ;D

If you have Photoshop, try using the contrast tool to make the pencil lines clearer. Just future advise.
