well if i understood your question right:
I use Strenght, Sword skill and Healing Prayers.

Nah, build refers to the skills you use. If i look closely i believe your build is, Sever Artery, Gash, then there are four abilitys i dont recognize, healing breeze and sprint

Yes right noticed. The four you don't recognize is; from the left; Galrath Slash, Griffon's Sweep, Power Attack and Endure Pain.
