A Better World Editor Alternative?

Is there another World Editor I can use that is better than the one that comes with the game?
(I'm stuck with a bug on current WE)

Well there is SharpCraft World Editor Extended Bundle
But if it's a bug in the World Editor itself it wouldn't help, it's more a tool extenders in the WE itself than anything else.

Ugh yeah, it has to be standalone.

Only HiveWE, but it's beta, lacks a lot of tools.
There's JNGP still but my guess is that this tool is too far outdated to be used now a days.

HiveWE has no support whatsoever afaik.
JNGP is based on an old World Editor version (1.26, I guess, maybe even older). JNGP will be a pain to get working, you mind sharing your issue instead of seeking a better editor?

I have already made a thread about this but there was no solution for it Can't Lower Volume/Replace Sound Again
I can't replace the Rifleman attack sounds anymore, worked only the first time I did it.

I found the solution! I had to delete the sound in the Imported folder, what's confusing is that there's 2 Imported folders!! but yeah that reverts the rifleman sound to default and I it enable me to replace it for a new custom sound.
