3rd rpg inside buildings

Im wandering making a 3rd person RPG with units entering buildings, farms, and other types, what models should I use to make inside buildings with walls, roof table stuff etc

What if you do large models of buildings with walkable innards, like how the elf walks inside the ziggurat here (specifically at time 3:37):

I have some dungeon interiors that might work for some of it. Sadly no great house interiours, but I've seen some other similar stuff in the custom model section.
