That's not the problem anymore.
But I don't want to spam threads. So I'm just bumping.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is a DISASTER! Please read it!

I did all my animations based on the 3dsmax Front, Left and Top. I was using position keys and rotation keys. Now I'm screwed. The orientation to war3 is different.
Is there a way to rotate every key with the bone?
(Believe me, doing everything manually now would result in a pain in the as...anus*)

Or maybe swap Y position with X position curves? And multiply every key in a curve by -1? If this is possible, you saved my weeks of hard work telling me how.

Thanks in advance, kind and atentious hive community.

OK sorry to be annoying and childish, I am now posting the model.
I spent three days doing this model, I said weeks just to dramatize.

OK: The actual problem.

The orientation of a FRONT view to 3dsmax9 is different from the Warcraft III one, when using DeX' mdx exporter. I mean, when in the FRONT viewport at 3dsmax the model looks alright, when you export it, it will be looking to the side.

In-game:
It would start walking sideways like a crab.
And as well as attacking nobody apparently.

0 degrees in 3ds = 90 degrees more in war3, I guess. (not sure at all)
Did you get it?

Thank you so much...

damn i thought you are useing 3Dsmax5 :'( :'( :'(
i don't have experience with exporting from 3Dsmax9 (i use 3Dsmax5)
and i think thats the problem because the Dex's script can't export well :/

why are you using so much keys "24000"?
you can use for example animation Stand from 0 to 50 keys, and you don't need to key every frame
make 1 key on start (0) than make few keys (the animation) and create 1 on the end (50)

try to PM BlinkBoy i think he will know whats the problem

Apparently, it is that simple. But if I rotate it 90 degrees, the animation movement keys wouldn't rotate with it. Try doing it, and you will notice it gets really messed up.

I have 3dsmax 5 with art tools. But the UVW Unwrap in the 3dsmax 5 is really weird, the image doesn't show. So I opened it with max9 but I can't open it back with 5 since then the plugins are quite different. Also, I use animation keys that when exported with art tools doesn't animate at all, but with DeX they are animate quite well.

BlinkBoy, if it isn't a waste of time for you, would you mind try converting it to an mdx and posting in here? Then if its facing looks alright, and as well as the animations move correctly, I would give full credits to you at this model and a worthless +rep of mine, that's all I can give... =(

Thanks to you both for helping me.

ok look at the image.

to get there select the bone, cleck motion panel and open assign controller. Now select a controller and click the blue lighted button in the image, select linear or tcb or bezier controller and click ok.
