What 3ds max u have:
if u have 3ds max 2004 or 2005 ask someone else xD, I think here is section tools, is one tool create by blizzard what is rly useful.

If u have 3ds max 2006 and newer that u need neodex by blink boy and his company. U can find it here in sticky thread in this model and animating section.
U welcome, about skins, u need this tools to create and attach skins to models in 3ds max.
So what 3s max do u have?
