hey guys i was wondering if i could use the free educational lease 3ds max ( my school has autocad, inventer ect so ima pretty sure i can download it ) and make models than buy the $3,499 one when ima finished to use them for a REAL game?

I looked at the T&C it says it cant be used when finished in that version so i could publish them in the full version without breaking the law or T&C
