I've taken a look at this map. The starting areas don't have nearly enough building space, mostly due to large amount of trees in such small areas.
The pathways are really thin and can barely fit a small-sized army, let alone a large scale battle. These should definitely be extended.
There are also some balance issues, as there are more gold mines on one side of the map then the other.
But the biggest problem in this map are the creep camps. They are quite random and imbalanced, not to mention you used some non-melee creeps, such as the High Elves, Fel Orcs and the Forgotten Ones. Some of these wouldn't be a problem if you did it right, by balancing them with other creeps, but you just placed them without any thought.
The item drops are also extremely messy. You can just give some unit a random item. Each unit should get a random item of type and level suited to the overall creep camp level.
Try looking at the other melee maps made by Blizzard or the ones on this site, and study them. It'll help you a lot, trust me.
