Again you're making your icons way too grainy or you're using filters, Filters are not freehand.

No filters (other than sharpen) whatsoever.
The graininess is probably due to me saving it at either 40 or 60 quality (forgot which)

Honestly, i cannot see what it's supposed to be, even though you say it's a monsoon.
