1.28(and below) UI that lets you play on Fix Aspect ratio UI back on?

Hi im possibly not the only one can someone mod 1.29 to have it that it lets you play back on Fix aspect Ratio? aka stretched aka this *points to thumb nail* Id like my Information visible as it Throws me off so much i cant play Warcraft 3 the same anymore.. So if any kind soul out there please return this option back as a mod if you can please? I liked the Bigger screen and the Bigger numbers shown and the mini map more informative and the buttons you can click on easier.. I hate the Side screen bars very very much and the SQUISHED screen :(
