1.18 listfile? editing unitbalance.slk...

hi i'm trying to edit unitbalance.slk, but after i edit it in 'War3x.mpq' i see no result in game :( so maybe the file must be change in the patch? i have the 1.18 patch and when i try to open it i get a blanc patch using 'powermpq' and a lot of xxx and grafical (mdl, etc) files in 'MPQEditor'.
so i whant to know where i get the lastest list file for the patch or HOW I EDIT UNITBALANCE.slk.
