So the only 13 posts he made were in off topic?

Still, it's really weird to see a post by someone with 0 postcount...

Besides, why don't offtopic posts count? As if anyone cares about postcount? I mean, they don't forbid reputation abuse (at least nobody cares about it), but they do forbid to count posts in offtopic?

Offtopic does not affect the post counter, as it seems.
Yeah.

In every forum there's a section (off-topic, uncencored etc) where posts don't count, because they are not moderated and you can triple-post etc (normally) without penalties.
The post count not including the posts made in the Off-topic forum has nothing to do with relaxation of rules because that relaxationisn't present in Hive.
What I can make out is that these posts are Off-topic to Hive modding hence they are not counted in the post count.

Only sub-forums inside Off-Topic give you post counts, such as Computer Tech. The Off-Topic section is neglected in giving one.

That's what I posted on, but it seems that the main purpose to help and maintain purpose is happening here, like what Zelda.Alex said... Is this even documented on their rules etc...?
