Looks like a Poison lamp ^^

but when its used for resident evil maybe the green makes the map more scary... ^^

Should have more animations, for example one like "stand day" and one like "stand night" ore anything like that. It looks bad when the light oof a lamp is on the whole day.

for the animation, you can do the "death" animation for the day, and the stand animation for the night....
