67chrome: The freehand work is to sloppy, try using smaller brush sizes to add detail, the contrast from the detail added by a brush and the crisp edges of the selection created around the boundry of the region is to great, it shouldn't be obvious. The skin is rather flat to, add shading and highlights to make it look more 3Dimentional. The colors and patterns on this skin seem more like a sampling of random textures than anything else as well, try to repeat the patterns and colors applied in one area of the skin in at least one more.
