Rock Chunk Golem

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
(Testing some stuff)

Very old texture from an old project of mine. Makes the Rock Golem blend in with the Rock Chunks to hide it in the environment and work as a trap/surprise.

HINT - Use the Rock Golem's Sleep animation to make it look like small rock chunks. Then use it's Birth animation for dramatic effect!

NOTE - It uses the same texture as the Rock Chunks to blend in. Simple CnP, but quite useful.

This is a very useful texture with a very creative use as shown by getting Rock Golems hiding in the rocks that can then spring up and surprise you. The CnP is done well and doesn't have any abrupt cuts or weird borders/boundaries. You've preserved the Golems face which is also good with those glowing yellow eyes.

Areas for Improvement:
Of course the skin is just CnP with no hand drawn texturing. If you ever wanted to try it could be cool to see you replicate the texture style of the rocks with hand drawn techniques, that way it would blend in but the keen eyed player could still identify them if they notice any slight discrepancies.

Conclusion:
A very fun and simple CnP texture which people can find useful for traps or unique encounters in their maps :) therefore I would give it a 2/5 Useful, But Simple rating.

Isn't the skin meant for testing on View in 3D. That ain't fair for chunky boi. Let it be perfect U/S rated stuff but D/C Quality.:xxd:
