It's just a skin to fix the many issues of the frost wyrm: His body doesn't match his head colour, his crystal isn't teamcoloured and it's barely visible.
Since this is just a polished version of the model, you can simply download and save the .dds (with the same name) in the path
C:\Warcraft III\_retail_\units\undead\frostwyrm
So every time you open the model, it looks like this.
(This doesn't remove your original textures. If you don't like the result, you can simply and safely delete them)
If you like not having a teamcoloured crystal, ONLY download the diffuse.dds. If you want the crystal but like the reddish colour, ONLY download the ORM and Emissive files.
