Werewulf: Please rename the models name within the mdl data heading.
EDIT: much better, tested and it works fine ingame, textures could be merged, but ill allow it to pass. good work, approved.

I dont know if blademaster animations are right for a shamman

And you probably dont actually need any custom skins unless you haven't learned to do UV mapping.

That filesize is atrocious. Please learn how to UV map, a TON of space could be saved just by using ingame textures.

And I can't see how this could use ingame textures. From what I know, there's no ingame textures that looks like that.

Hmmmm, took off flag, put random black lines on body, turned face some weird whitish color, took off flag and replaced axe with skull staff. Still looks a lot like plain old hellscream.

Funny, it's actually based on the normal blademaster, not Hellscream.

Traxamillion, my icon was deleted because it was against the rules, nothing I can do about it, sorry.

I really like this.

It fits perfectly with the Ner'zhul seen in the cinematic takeover of the Black Temple.
