Recreating unity, mogrin. The Orco we found during the beginning of the Rexxar campaign, which had the task of delivering a report to the war chief Thrall
Quite the great look & a nice tribute to the orc that introduce Rexxar to the horde
Model look 9/10 - you only need to recheck & remove the collisions. It's just a personal taste of mine to not have collisions on units when he is not doing complex...
dont get me wrong, its a nice model for sure
but i think his armor is too fancy for a scout or messenger, and i blame WoW for that
can you make a more humble version?

A more humble armor?, but ... where in many wikis they refer to him as a warrior, it was not just a messenger, it was also a "grunt" according to official arts

Those can easily be fix with some different node settings or geoset edits.
Another thing which will help with the model size because warcraft does have it's limits so reducing the size when possible is nice to have.
For that you just need to merge the geosets that use the same textures but be carefull to not merge the wrong geoset.
Some use one side texture & others use two-side texture from the same texture.
If you want to know more about this contact me here and I can explain how it works.
Animations 9.5/10 - eveything look's well polished no crazy slidding or faceFX breaking with only a few small hard to notice geosets extentions (I can suggest also checking this Gar'thok Re-Reforged if you think anything can be updated on the hair / cloth elements)
