Excellent! The use of Blizzards textures make the file smaller, so you can easily import it with no needed skins. The animations are good, and this is just a good idea. 5/5

POWER GENERATOR, that means that it's a building, could be used like a gold mine, where there's a spot, 2 build it on.

the only bad thing i see is how would it turn when there's no edges(the water catching stuff thing)? but a really good model.

Really good job! I'm sure that people will find lots of uses for this type of model, like a power generator as other people said, or maybe something for a water-based race.
