Edited Version of the Haunting Wave icon from HoTS, edited to look good and proper in game (the previous one didn't). Anyways set it under blizz and don't be mad Sin.
In my map I fused Silence with Haunting Wave from Hots; deals minor damage, silences targets and allows the Dark Ranger to reposition herself.
