Eye of the Storm

Hits a target with a lightning bolt from the skies at any point of the map, dealing magic damage, stunning and purging it.

Also whenever the hero casts an ability he gains Windfury.

It feels like you sort of got in a habit of making the thunder looking like a chain lightning (from your previous pieces), the way in the middle it goes in a straight line from left to right it feels as if the thunder is traveling pararel with the sea before it strikes, if it's meant to look like that it is fine, but if it's more of a thunder that strikes downwards it seems a bit squeezed, no big deal though the icon looks amazing. Especially liking the contrast between the sky and sea and just the palette in general.

yeah it is meant to look just like this, it is not exactly striking downward, but more like you are seeing the cloud from afar and the thunder coming right for you.
