I dont think the Moderators will approve Photoshop standard Shading Options. First of all, because the shading is to small, adding just a little white line on the icon itself. Secondly, it misshapes the burger. The upper half of the roll is a hemisphere, meaning it has much shading on the upper side and none on the lower side.
Another bad point is your resizing Algorithm. The Icon invites you to count pixels. Try another interpolation when you are scaling down the big Pic.
 
Mirroring half of the burguer wasn't the best choice.

You still need to fix the perspective and the shape because making it have a front view making the burger look flat isn't good.

I will see what I can do, but I will have to learn more about photoshop first!
