Good icon, however it looks more like a demon/hell slash since the gnoll is red too.

...which is just a plus to the usefulness.
Looking sharp as usual, Kim. Great execution, stunning render and effects, and on top of everything, the icon has been drawn with only two colors, and rather sharp definition, which makes it fit perfectly with other ladder icons.
Btw, the demon effect is an illusion made by the highlight on his forehead, between the ears. You might want to tone it a little bit down.
