The only thing I can see you actually drew, is the "background effect".
The rest, meaning the model itself, is the actual screenshot (probably this dark, because of the black layer you put on top, but changed its opacity?)...
Not really. I did that only this the pauldrons. But i drew the face manually.

Yes they look similar, because if the pic would be totaly different from the screen, i would miss the goal. But there are some differences and if you look closely you can see them. I cannot describe them with details because english is not my native language and i don't know how to call some parts of the face - i just can't describe it clearly enough so you would understand it.
As I said, you have to fulfill the criteria of providing atleast 50% freehand content aswell as -Grendel's permission to create a corresponding icon.
The current state is about 35% freehand content.
Well, I would suggest you create a pastebin for that particular user, should you not have given him/her this icon yet.
The icon can not be approved in its current state.
