It is called MakeMeHost and one of the most used hosting bots for Warcraft
One can upload a map there and host it, make it playable in Multiplayer.

I want to try your map in MP, did you already uploaded it on MMH ?
If you did not, can I upload it and name it Ruins_Hero_Arena or something else ? Only (8)Ruins is not very significant. What would you suggest ?

It usually means a reviewer or map moderator didn't have the time to check bit yet. It will usually take a week or two, but some get reviewed really early due to various reasons.

You can ask for a merge in forums -> staff contact. Account lending isn't permitted here.

Sure it has but it requires A LOT of work. The big problem is, Warcraft III offers great opportunities to develop own gameplay concepts, but independent games like LoL or most mmorpg's just beat Warcraft nowadays.

Here in Hive there aren't many maps that reached a legendary status. There are many treasures here that aren't famous, but greatly done.

Oh, yes, I agree, many users use ( lol) -Kobas- template.
If you want to see some creativity, maybe check out the map description of 'Iceborn', a single player map from AProject. He is the master of descriptions

Well, basically you could add for credits, for example.
In its current state there are only some undefined hidden tags, adding headlines will make it look nice
