  • So, I've made my contest submissions' basic attacks slow, with a wide area of effect. His spells are a bit faster.

I'm considering an 'ultimate' set of animations, where he heaves his sword one-handed into a ready stance, runs quickly, with it trailing behind him, and then slams it down hard into the ground.
Yes. I have seen it yesterday. I'll recheck.

    EDIT:
On the required details table, there are empty rows. You should remove it.
My example took place right outside their mid inhibitor. As soon as the enemies are pushed within range of him, he fires off his Mindblasts, and backs off.
It's actually Gaara from Naruto. It's an amazing fanart image :D

edit: I am yet to find one as badass as this one for Madara though..

I can help you with that if needed :> You can use [otablei] tags.[/otablei]
    Amonrath, Leona, Nautilus. Potentially Hayth.

The idea was that Shilas would have to sit there and charge for as long as possible, near as many enemies as possible. Jungle camps, enemy champs, minion waves, allies. They would all have to be in range for him to draw from them. My thinking is that the Mindblasts don't all hit the same spot, but instead spread out, with you casting them in a general direction. You're not stacking 720 damage on one area, but spreading 180 out.

Consider the ultimate a Spirit Bomb. If Shilas can't chuck the giant ball of energy at you, he absorbs it, and unleashes all of that energy into a couple punches. At most, Shilas should get maybe around 60 stacks. Enough for two Mindblasts. That's only 60 AD/AP for a couple seconds. You also cannot cancel the ability, so all enemies have to do is back the fuck off while you're charging.

An effective strategy would be to summon things near APC Shilas as he's behind the enemy team, then force them to retreat, where they either have to face a ranged AP nuker, or the rest of his team.

Also, what do you think of Shilas' lore?
    You'll see.
    HEALTH - 515 - 1421 [+53.3]

    MANA RGN - 7.2 - 17.4 [+0.6]

    MGC RES - 30 - 41.9 [+0.7]
    MOV SPD - 340
    RANGE - 500Mindbreak

Every spell Shilas casts on enemy champions applies a stack of Fatigue. At 7 stacks, the next attack by Shilas will stun the victim for 1 second, and reduce their vision to a maximum range of 300, which returns to normal gradually(Over 3 seconds).

Once an enemy champion has been stunned, Shilas cannot apply stacks of Fatigue to them for another 20 seconds.

(Ally stuns will also trigger Mindbreak at 7 stacks)Desecration

Shilas slams the ground with a fist wreathed in blue flame, causing the ground to rupture in a line. Enemies caught in the area of effect take 65/100/150/210/250(+20/20/25/30/35% AP) damage, and have their armor and magic resistance reduced by 1/2/3/4/5% for 2 seconds.

    Cooldown - 11/10/9/8/7
    Mana Cost - 60/65/70/80/90
    Range - 700Dreamstate

Shilas channels for a moment, before summoning a small cloud golem. Once summoned, the Golem stays rooted in place, until a Champion approaches.

ALLIED EFFECT - The golem gently dispels itself, imbuing an allied champion with Restful Thoughts. While standing still, and staying out of combat, the affected champions' health and mana/energy regeneration(+30%) gradually increase(+60%) over the course of 4 seconds. This effect lingers for a further 3 seconds, and will stop momentarily if they move or enter combat.

ENEMY EFFECT - The golem violently dispels itself, cursing an enemy champion with Hateful Visions. For the next 6 seconds, the victim will take 10/15/20/30/40 damage each second, and have their armor reduced by 4/5/6/7/8(+1% per 100 AP) per second, lingering for 3 seconds.

    Cooldown - 13/12/11/10/9
    Mana Cost - 80/85/90/95/100
    Range - 600Delirium

Shilas afflicts a target enemy unit with a confusing curse. For the next 3 seconds, the target takes 10/15/20/25/30[+10% AP] damage twice a second. Enemy units cannot be afflicted with Delirium again for 6 seconds. The effects of Delirium are increased[+1/3 Damage] if the victim stands still, without attacking.

    Cooldown - 10/10/9/8/7
    Mana Cost - 70/75/80/85/90
    Range - 500Endless Nightmare

Shilas raises his hands above his head, and channels for a maximum of 15 seconds. While channelling, Shilas draws on the thoughts of all nearby units and champions. At 7 seconds, Shilas can re-activate Endless Nightmare to unleash volleys of Mindblasts.

STACKS - Every 3 seconds, Shilas draws in one Hope stack per ally unit or champion drawn from, and one Hate stack per enemy unit, champion or monster drawn from. For every 30 total stacks, Shilas can cast an additional Mindblast with reduced damage.

(MINDBLAST) - Upon casting, Shilas unleashes a volley of 4 tightly-knit missiles dealing 120/150/180(+30% AP) damage to all enemy units hit, and healing all allied units hit, prioritizing Hate stacks on enemies, and Hope stacks on allies. If only allies or enemies are struck, ALL stacks are consumed to provide additional healing or damage.

PSYCHOSIS - If Shilas does not unleash any Mindblasts after 15 seconds, all Hate stacks are consumed, providing +1 AD and AP per stack for 5 seconds. All Hope stacks are also consumed, providing +1 Armor, Magic Resist per stack, aswell as +50 movement Speed for 3 seconds.

    Cooldown - 120/100/80
    Mana Cost - 140/120/100
    Range - 1100(800)
Ah, no worries. I've been horribly inactive myself due to my studies, so I understand completely. I'll throw together a post to explain it to people if you'd rather not do it yourself.

You know... Hopes and dreams are such fickle and fleeting things. Life itself is nothing but dream, waging war on the nightmare of human nature. Our kind has always been a dark and petty race, no matter how hard we try to hide it. Our concepts of holiness and justice do little but mask our need to dominate others.

I wasn't always such a misanthrope. Such a nihilist. Once before, I loved life, and loved adventure. It was among my greatest pleasures, wandering the world. Unfortunately, no dream lasts forever. My final campaign into the unknown has changed me. I now see two worlds, unhindered by the fog of uncertainty. I began to tire of adventure, of the occasional heroic act. But luckily for me, this expedition was different from the rest. No unexpected twists. No damsels in distress. No villages beset by horror. Just treasure, and a peaceful future. Or so I thought.

I'd heard of an ancient tomb, buried in sand, filled to the brim with riches. Filled with the undead thralls of a long-forgotten army. I would slay the beasts, and return to the surface, riches in hand. Yes, that was my goal. Wealth. It was my time to take my just reward for my heroism. For my exceptional skill and respectable strength. It was what I wanted. But you don't always get what you want.

It didn't take long for the expedition to take a turn for the worst. Many of the hired hands that accompanied me fell to ancient traps and pitfalls. Many more fled in fear, but I did not. I pressed forward, though I too was injured by the poisonous traps. My vision became blurred, and my body weak, as I pushed forward. Nothing would stop me from living a life of well-deserved luxury. Nothing except for the cave-in, that is. Oddly enough, I remember the dream far more clearly than my escape from that dreadful place.

Surrounded by spouts of blue flame, piercing thick shadows, I stood alone in a massive chamber. Before long, I realized what it was. I stood at the foot of a great altar, in a long-forgotten temple. Instinctively, I made my way up to the altar, firmly grasping a golden hand with my own. Suddenly, those unnatural blue flames surged into the altar, and through the hand. Through me. Images flashed through my mind, as my sight grew dim. Warriors in battle, stone monoliths, insidious magi, fighting for reasons I could not comprehend.

As these visions appeared to me, an ominous being began to appear. This mad beast, blacker than night, laughed mockingly at me. It was as if I was little more than a wounded animal, wandering into the den of a furious bear. Horrified, I began to tremble, consumed by an incomprehensible fear. Before too long, I'd realized that I was on the ground. Everything I saw was a dream. But I knew it was real. I knew that I had gained a power, and incurred the wrath of a living nightmare. I will find this creature, and I will destroy it, before it destroys me.

"I know who you are in the dark, I have seen it in your dreams." ~Shilas
Welcome to how I do my school homework. I kind of did that too in the first contest. But since I am a lore fanatic I do the lore before I do abilities, the lore gets my full attention :D
Nope, I'm getting less active on this site - and thus my activity on the wiki decreases too. Why? What are you thinking? :)
    ----------
But since this is a public poll, I will only count the votes from 12 participants into the final scores.
    ----------
Agree with this? I think he should include all the votes except for those self-votes (a vote from the author of the entry to his own entry). And make it multiple choice there's too many.

Oh yeah, Raza'rr and Atryxar are they twins? lol
I'll host the 4 if I can, since I'm really having a hard time with application development.
Well, got busy on our research congress last Monday and I've dedicated my whole weekends preparing for that.
Is it possible if you could just put an unsymmetrical dark wooden planks background? If not, I would say just stick with my first preferences :S
Mmm yeah, I'm not to fond of the colors but I think the shape is acceptable (I would prefer more ragged-ness but that's fine). Sorry if I wasn't very clear, but I did ask for a darkgoldenrod background :p. It's extremely bright for my tastes and the tone of the group.

    Anyway, thank you!
The simplest way I can describe the ideal Amonrath is like Udyr that needs to build like Renekton.

I wonder if I should release Amonrath as is, or complete 3D models of each form first.
    Thank you so much.
