I created my own, Reviewing Template. But, Its not done.

1. I can't seem to know how to make the table with the WE icon on it match with the others.
2. There are two little pieces of unwanted table under verdict. I don't know what to take out.

Your review was informative to the author, but not to the audience and moderators. I cannot use that type of review for the moderator comment as it doesn't explain the actual quality of the map, rather a list small mistakes the map had.

And no, reviewing isn't stressful. It allows me to vent out on the map and make stuff out of nothing.

I suggest you try the thumbs icon for the verdict, since it affects the rating itself.
