FACTION SPECIAL ABILITIES


  • Evolved Senses - All units are able to detect invisible or cloacked units.
  • Terrainer - All units have increased performance when dug in, entrenched, or well positioned regardless of what terrain.
  • Scavenger and Salvage Doctrine - All units are able to scavenge remains or wrecks and can make use of what they have left.
  • Mark of the Devourers - All units (except Shadowhounds) have powerful resistance or even immune against mind controls. Attempts on mind controlling Renegade units causes the latter to have gory nightmares.

Standard and trained infantries of the Renegades Covenant. Able to use different armaments ranging from hand guns, automatic rifles to mechanized weapons. The soldiers' senses have evolved, able to see with infrared vision, sonar hearing and strong sense of smell.

Abilities:
  • (Passive) Accessorials : Can be outfitted with accessorial armaments.
"I want to drink and conquer!"

Standard support personnel that are able to aid in combat, and also able to capture buildings. They can lay traps, establish defenses, and even modify salvaged usable wrecks or remains.

Abilities:
  • Repair : Repairs a target building for a certain time for free.
  • Capture Building : Captures a target building, taking control of that structure's capabilities.
  • Fortifications : Builds defenses such as sandbags, foxholes, trenches, barbwire, mines and tank traps.
  • Engineered : Captures an abandoned or slightly damaged abandoned vehicle and controls that unit. Returning the unit to a factory can allow the vehicle to be reproduced or modified.

Agile and fast hounds trained in battle since they were pups, and work well in packs. They possess incredible speed and physicality, well adaptable and loyal.

Abilities:
  • Feast : Eats a corpse and allows the beast to recover its wounds.
  • (Passive) Bestial Reflex : Nighthounds can pounce on target enemies on their first strike, and grants them chances to evade incoming attacks.
  • (Passive) Strength In Packs : For every Nighthound or Shepherd near another of its kin, increases their movement speed and attack rate. They can survive longer and can evade attacks better.
  • (Passive) Accessorial : Can be outfitted with accessorial armaments.
"*howl*"

Well trained, agile and larger nighthounds that has incredible sense of sight, sense of smell and physicality, that of direwolves. They can hunt, eat or tear down infantries, track targets miles away, and can sense movement without looking.

Abilities:
  • Feast : Eats a corpse and allows the beast to recover its wounds.
  • Bullet Dive : Pounces on an enemy so fast and powerful that it can knock the target away or instantly kill it if its an infantry. Damages itself if it is a sturdy vehicle.
  • Feral Howl : Howls in a feral manner that increases performance to all ally beasts and terrifies enemy infantries. Effects of howl stacks as more howls can intimidate more beasts.
  • (Passive) Bestial Reflex : Shepherds can pounce on target enemies on their first strike, and grants them chances to evade incoming attacks.
  • (Passive) Strength In Packs : For every Nighthound or Shepherd near another of its kin, increases their movement speed and attack rate. They can survive longer and can evade attacks better.
  • (Passive) Spy Hunter : Can see spy units.

Shadowhounds tamed by the Renegades as part of them. These beasts have become loyal to their masters, but moves on their own instead of being in packs. Nonetheless, they're deadly and ferocious that can still coordinate with Shepherds or Nighthounds in packs. They can manipulate the shadows for their movements, and can strike an unsuspecting foe.

Abilities:
  • Shadowmeld : Invisible when stationary during the night. Invisible from moderate distance onwards when lurking inside very dark areas.
  • Rear Ends : Turns invisible as the Shadowhound approaches its target from behind before shredding it to pieces and then fades in invisibility. Chances of instant kill increases the more there are units near the target.
  • (Passive) Spy Hunter : Can see spy units.
  • (Passive) By Fang and Claw : Deals high melee damage to ground targets when close enough

Mobile Construction Vehicles or MCVs are the Renegades Covenant forward frontiers capable of setting up ground, and perform building structures and defenses. Can pack up and move around. Also able to burrow deep underground and move freely.

Armored vehicle that served as the Covenant's standard transport and combat vehicle. Can traverse to different terrains and can handle tough punishments. Also able to mount different kinds of turrets to increase effectivity.

Armored transport of the Covenant. Used for carrying cargoes, ammunitions and people. Outfitted with a gun system for defense. Can be mounted with different turrets for increased effectivity. Despite its size, it is still able to move fast.

Light armored tanks used by the Covenant when they go to skirmishes for real. Although less firepower and bulkiness, has decent speed and velocity. Can change ammo to deal with different enemies. Can scavenge damage vehicle parts to increase firepower and armor.

Abilities:
  • Change Ammo (Barbarian) : Changes vehicle ammo from high-explosive, armor-piercing, magic-piercing, or incendiary.
  • Ram : A do-or-die action against a vehicle. Rams a target vehicle at full speed, damaging both while rendering them immobile. Has a chance to destroy the vehicle if it's light. The tank would be destroyed instead if the target is heavier than the latter.
  • Hull Down : The vehicle hulls down the ground, fortifying its position and acts as a bunker. Can hull up again to become mobile.
  • (Passive) Scavenger Upgrade : The tank is able to salvage remaining parts of another damaged vehicle and use it as its own.

Versatile long ranged self-propelled gun of the Renegades, capable of bombarding from a long distance or direct target engagements. Able to fire quietly and even without any flash, making it a silent vehicle. Despite its light armor, it moves fast and can fire while moving. Can change ammo and gun to deal with various enemies.

More heavy hybrid variant of the Contrabands that has a stronger artillery capability of a Cinder. Although unable to be used in direct confrontation, it can lay more firepower and barrage at longer range. Quiet and powerful, yet slow-moving.

Fast-flying versatile aircrafts of the Renegades' airforce, armed with jet propulsion and stealth technologies. Has vertical-take-off-landing capabilities. Can act as both fighter and bomber carrying vulcan arms, missiles, medium-ordnance bombs and a single special bomb. Also able to fly towards the stratosphere.

  • Stratoflight : Activates a special engine, causing a sonic boom and allowing the aircraft to fly towards the stratosphere, unable to be reached by hostile forces or anti-air and flies anywhere around. While in the stratosphere, the aircraft is capable of Stratodive Strike. Can only be used once, before returning back to an airbase.
  • Stratodive Strike : Dives towards a precision strike target from the stratosphere at an incredible speed, using a special bomb depending on its Accessorials. Stealth Cloaking will be disabled during this state.
