You could always take "Veigar" from League of Legends, it's basically the same but higher image quality.

Yes, it looks cool

But I want the main focus to be his head as well as part of his body, not just the hand and claws.

And "Veigar" emits a heavy dark aura, Deroc prefers stealth and low profile instead of an obvious appearance. That's the IC reason for him to dress like a Black Mage.
