I built everything on level 0 and just painted alpha tiles around. then i changed the skybox to a light blue and added clouds and some moving fog beneath it

The Cloud and EerieFog is from the ''SZ Terraining Map Full'' here on Hive together with the wc3 weather called ''Outland Wind light'' over a custom skysphere
