Oh, as for animation, just open the animation window in photoshop and go frame by frame. DeviantArt has several great animation tutorials.

Truthfully, there is an ulterior motive here. I'd like some nice emoticons (preferably animated) for use on my forums.

Well, since it's fun to make them, sure I'll make more. And yeah, I am kinda against pirating... I used to pirate things, but not anymore... I don't know about animations (I can't find animation manager in PhotoImpact), someone else will have to do it.
