This is pretty good, but just like before --
This could be useful, but it really should have more changes.
Try applying a different texture than what the original mesh used, to make it a bit more unique. I can give you a couple of tips on UV wrapping a new texture if you want, just send me a PM asking if you want help.
With the special effect, I suppose it's approvable with a 2/5 from me, but I'd really rather see you make more changes to it so that I can give you a better rating.
