also the texture is well made.
but an animated texture around the axe blade?
I think the axe in wow (I think you based it of that axe), has also that blue glow.

The axe was little bit bore. No effect at all.
Forgotten_Warlords, can add the particle on it?

EDIT: I suggest the axe should be bigger and add blue glow on the axe.

And yes I've been improving a lot and I'm pretty sure the wow version is over 12kb xD

Then I can edit the texture of the axe to be only axe instead of have the frost on it cause its the frost that moves around right?

yea... there's actually more than only the horns... the handle is much shorter, and it isn't fully covered in ice... And, of course, the texture is much smaller...

the runes just look all blurry and they will be affected by shadows. you should draw the runes in a really light color with alpha in the background and wrap them in a plane (that is not affected by shadows) on the axe's surface
