If you don't use too many models in your map the size is fine. And the buildings are excellent quality.

Nice set of morden city building models (saw other models too) . Especially useful that most have death animations. Gonna try 'em in WE. As for textures you might try to reduce their quality in WC image extractor.
Giving 4 of 5 just because of the texture size.
