Well, I've got access to Photoshop & can color-swap icons myself... But if I get lazy, I'll know where to go.

Once you reach 200 rep pts., you reach 2 rep power. At 400 and 600 respectively you reach 3 and 4 rep power. Rep power = the amount of rep you give in a single time.
