Hmm.. you might wanna reduce that pulsing and get rid of the bones that show up in the 'splat' anim

well.. unless this is just another quirk of the hive model viewer.. o-o but if your model ingame is changing in size constantly, then that should be lessened by editing the animation in mdlvis. it actually ain't hard, but still, backups are good to have.

Hah, great one! The death animation is... disgusting. And that's good. 
The texture choice is very creative, but it isn't most appealing. Maybe it's all too blurry, and the base texture behind the cracks looks too plain. A loose interpretation of the Zerg egg using the Forgotten one texture could have worked better in WC3 context. Good job either way, approved.
